Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of ProntoFix Yucaipa Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, and related work. All services are performed by trained professionals following industry safety standards.

Service availability and pricing may vary based on project scope, location, and timing. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or if proper permits cannot be obtained.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may change if additional work is required or unforeseen conditions are discovered during service.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and remove any obstacles that might interfere with our equipment or crew. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other property features that could be damaged during service.

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities, hidden structures, or property features not disclosed prior to beginning work.

Liability and Insurance

ProntoFix Yucaipa Tree Services carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to property, acts of nature, or conditions beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule services, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by local authorities. We can assist with permit applications but cannot guarantee approval.

All work will be performed in compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.

Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 30 days from service completion. This warranty covers defects in our work but does not cover natural events, disease, pest damage, or improper care after service.

Trees and plants are living organisms and their health cannot be guaranteed beyond the scope of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
